Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom is adding new seafood platters and a plant-based crab cake sandwich on Wednesday, October 28th. Disney says the quick-service restaurant in Liberty Square will serve a Beer-battered Fish Platter, a Hand-breaded Shrimp Platter, and a Crab Cake Sandwich, plus a reimagined Boston Cream Pie. Photos of all four dishes accompany the news. Prices were not included in the announcement. Here’s a look!

Liberty Square is getting a seafood refresh at Magic Kingdom. Columbia Harbour House begins serving its new and reimagined dishes on October 28th, and Disney has released details and photos already. The restaurant shares Liberty Square with the Diamond Horseshoe Lounge, whose limited-time menu we reviewed earlier this month.
Two new platters center on fried seafood. Disney lists a Beer-battered Fish Platter and a Hand-breaded Shrimp Platter as new. In Disney’s photos, the fish platter shows thick golden fillets over French Fries in a paper tray. On the shrimp platter, a pile of breaded shrimp sits over fries in a similar tray. The batter on the fish looks thick and crisp, a good sign for a fried platter.
Plant-Based Crab Cake Sandwich and Boston Cream Pie
Disney also lists a Crab Cake Sandwich, marked plant-based, as new. The photo shows the crab cake patty on a toasted bun with tomato, shredded lettuce, and a creamy sauce, served with French Fries. It gives the menu a meatless option alongside the seafood platters.
Disney lists the Boston Cream Pie as reimagined and describes it as yellow cake, Boston cream, and chocolate ganache. In the photo, two rounds of golden cake sandwich a layer of pale cream, with a swirl of dark ganache and crumbs across the top.
