According to the 8:30am update put out by the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Elsa has strengthened into Hurricane Elsa in the Atlantic Ocean and Florida sits within the extended cone of uncertainty.

As you can see in the image above, Florida currently sits within the “cone of uncertainty” and any impact from the storm will likely be felt in the middle of next week.

As Hurricane Elsa continues through the Caribbean, we will continue to monitor the storm and provide updates as needed, including any operational impacts to Walt Disney World. As of publish time, there are no operational changes at Walt Disney World as a result of Hurricane Elsa.
