Not too long ago, we told you that the Fuzzy Tauntaun might be changed at Oga’s Cantina. The Fuzzy Tauntaun is almost infamous at Oga’s Cantina due to the numbing sensation caused by the foam on top of the drink.
A “Buzz Button Tingling” foam creates a numbing sensation but is also reportedly the cause of the removal of the drink. Cast Members say that supply issues of the flower that causes the numbing sensation threatened the future of the drink earlier this year.
While Disney has been working on a replacement, it appears that supply has finally run out and the Fuzzy Tauntaun is not being served at this time. Cast Members were not sure when the drink would return, but said that Oga is working hard to bring it back. Knowing Oga, we’re sure she wouldn’t be happy with a dip in credits due to the removal of the Fuzzy Tauntaun.
