New Sumatran Tiger Added to Maharajah Jungle Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Dr. Mark Penning has shared that a new Sumatran tiger has joined the Maharajah Jungle Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Conrad the tiger comes from a recommendation by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums’ Species Survival Plan. Sumatran tigers are listed as critically endangered by the World Wildlife Fund with an estimated population of fewer than 400 tigers worldwide.

Conrad can now be seen on the Maharajah Jungle Trek!
