“It Will Not End Here” Disney Issues Statement After Federal Judge Dismisses First Amendment Lawsuit

Disney has issued a statement following an order from a federal judge dismissing Disney’s First Amendment lawsuit against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Here is the statement:

This is an important case with serious implications for the rule of law, and it will not end here. If left unchallenged, this would set a dangerous precedent and give license to states to weaponize their official powers to punish the expression of political viewpoints they disagree with. We are determined to press forward with our case.

  1. Case was dismissed. Disney needs to file new case against the CFTOD and STATE A CLAIM, which it failed in do. Disney should move and on and try to make money instead of suing the state and losing more money to failed lawsuits and lawyers.
