Good afternoon from EPCOT, where we just spotted a brand new paint scheme for the recently returned FriendShip II boat. The FriendShip II returned to service earlier today, but is currently not in use after experiencing some issues. The real news here is that FriendShip II has a brand new paint scheme, matching the look for a few of the other FriendShips as Disney refreshes the fleet.
Seen below, FriendShip II now sports an orange paint scheme along the cabin, with the stock blue hull and slightly lighter blue trim along the roofline.
Here’s a look at the old paint scheme for the FriendShips, which is currently still in use for many of the boats, including FriendShip VII seen below.
