The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival opened on August 27th, marking 30 years of the event. Global Marketplace kiosks are serving guests around World Celebration, World Nature, World Discovery, and World Showcase through November 21st. We’re taking a closer look at each kiosk one at a time, and this time we’re stopping at Flavors from Fire in World Discovery. The campfire-themed booth is back with a smaller menu than in past years, but it keeps its most talked-about drink.

Flavors from Fire | Location
Flavors from Fire sits in EPCOT’s World Discovery neighborhood, along the walkway near Test Track, and across from the World Discovery playground. The kiosk is part of a small cluster of Global Marketplaces in this stretch of the park, including Gyozas of the Galaxy, The Fry Basket, and more. Guests walking from Test Track toward World Celebration pass right by the booth’s fire-themed signage.
Flavors from Fire | Menu & Prices
Flavors from Fire trimmed its lineup to three food items and four drinks for 2026. That’s down from the five-item roster the kiosk carried in 2025. The Rodizio-style Grilled Beef Skewer returns for 2026 with a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item designation. It was new to the kiosk in 2025, and it’s one of 30 dishes receiving that marker this year. Smoked Corned Beef also returns from 2025’s menu, while last year’s Montreal-style Burger Slider is gone. In its place, Smoked Chocolate Bread Pudding gives the kiosk a dessert option it didn’t have last year.
The drink lineup keeps the Swine Brine, the kiosk’s mustard-and-bourbon novelty pour that has built a following since the booth debuted in 2017. Pricing and item details below come from this year’s full festival menu guide, linked at the end of this article.
