Disney’s updated Eat to the Beat schedule shows John Stamos and the California Sound replacing The Beach Boys at the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. The Full House star takes the America Gardens Theatre stage on November 11th and 12th. Those are the two nights Disney originally gave to The Beach Boys. Every other act on the schedule stays the same.

Eat to the Beat brings a different act to the America Gardens Theatre every few nights through November 16th. The final week now has a new name on the bill. John Stamos and the California Sound now hold the November 11th and 12th dates that the lineup we announced in June gave to The Beach Boys.
Stamos is best known as Uncle Jesse on Full House. He has also joined The Beach Boys on stage many times over the years. That keeps a familiar connection in place.
November Eat to the Beat Schedule
Two acts on the remaining schedule are new, and Disney marks them with a NEW tag. Here is the full November schedule as Disney now lists it.
- Nov. 1: Southbound
- Nov. 2-3: Boyz II Men
- Nov. 4-5: Big Head Todd and The Monsters (NEW)
- Nov. 6-8: M-80’s
- Nov. 9-10: Grace Potter (NEW)
- Nov. 11-12: John Stamos and the California Sound
- Nov. 13-16: The Hooligans
The Hooligans close out the series with four nights, November 13th through 16th. Guests have five more days of festival fun after the final concert, since the event continues through November 21st.
Showtimes, Seating, and Dining Packages
Disney lists three Eat to the Beat shows each night, at 5:30pm, 6:45pm, and 8:00pm. Every concert comes included with valid EPCOT admission, and seating is first-come, first-served. The America Gardens Theatre sits along World Showcase Lagoon, in front of The American Adventure pavilion.
Guests who want a guaranteed seat can book the Concert Series Dining Package. The package pairs a meal at an EPCOT restaurant with a reserved spot in the theatre for a same-day show. Seating inside the reserved section is still first-come, first-served, so Disney recommends arriving early.
