The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is underway at EPCOT, marking 30 years of the event. Dozens of Global Marketplace kiosks are spread across World Celebration, World Nature, World Discovery, and World Showcase this year. Gyozas of the Galaxy | Location
Guests can find Gyozas of the Galaxy in World Discovery at EPCOT, in the cluster of kiosks near Creations Shop and Test Track. It debuted for the 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival with a Guardians of the Galaxy theme. This year it’s back in the same World Discovery courtyard, alongside neighbors like Flavors from Fire and Coastal Eats.
Gyozas of the Galaxy holds the number one spot on the official 2026 festival map. That places it near the start of a clockwise route around EPCOT. It also doesn’t participate in this year’s wave of phased kiosk openings, so the full menu is available from the festival’s August 27th start.
Gyozas of the Galaxy | Menu & Prices
The menu at Gyozas of the Galaxy leans back into its dumpling-forward concept. Three dumplings and one wine pairing make up the 2026 lineup. Only one item carries over from the kiosk’s debut year: the Street Corn-style Dumplings, first confirmed as a returning dish back in April. The Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris also returns from 2025, with a $1 price hike.
The Edamame Dumplings mark the only plant-based option at the kiosk this year, and the removal of last year’s Buffalo-style and French Onion Soup-style dumplings gives the 2026 menu a lighter, more produce-forward lineup overall. Here’s the full lineup.
