The offer gives Annual Passholders a head start on holiday shopping. Disney says the savings are a chance to “stock up on stocking stuffers and get the perfect gift for all your Disney-loving friends and family.” The window matches the 12 days of last October’s 20% Passholder offer, shifted one day earlier on the calendar.
How to Redeem the Passholder Discount Online
Redeeming the discount starts with confirming your Walt Disney World Annual Pass appears in your MyDisney account. Disney says the code applies to all eligible items in your bag once you enter it.
- Go to the Walt Disney World website and select “Log In or Create Account” at the top of the page.
- Select the “Welcome” message next to your name, then choose “Membership & Passes.”
- Under Link Memberships & Passes to Your Account, confirm your Annual Pass is linked. If it isn’t, select “Add a Disney Annual Pass” and enter your ID number.
- Go to DisneyStore.com and log in with your MyDisney account credentials.
- Add at least one eligible item to your bag.
- In “My Bag,” enter promo code WDW20 and select “Apply.”
- Continue shopping or begin checkout.
Passholders need to log in to DisneyStore.com at the time of purchase, and Disney says that account must use the same email address as the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder account. The code is non-transferable, has no cash value, and Disney does not adjust prior purchases.
What the Discount Covers and Excludes
Select, in-stock merchandise bought at DisneyStore.com, online or by phone, qualifies for the discount. Disney says in-person Disney Store, Disney Outlet Store, and Disney Parks and Resorts locations do not qualify. Merchandise from Disney Store bought through other retailers or third-party websites does not qualify either.
Disney’s terms exclude several categories from the 20% savings:
- Sales tax, shipping and handling, gift wrap and gift box charges, and personalization charges
- Disney Theme Park Tickets, Disney Gift Cards, and Disney+ Gift Cards
- Art and collectibles, books, and electronic toys
- Limited edition and special edition merchandise, plus items related to a charitable promotion
Brand and collection exclusions include LEGO, Mattel, Lorcana, Pandora Jewelry, Lululemon, Kate Spade New York, Dooney & Bourke, MagicBand and MagicBand+, Avengers Campus merchandise, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure merchandise. Select blind box merchandise and Create-Your-Own-Plush Headbands are new to the list this year compared with last October’s terms. Disney says additional exclusions may apply. The offer cannot combine with any other offer or discount, except available shipping offers. Passholders can confirm eligibility in their bag before checkout, since the code applies only to eligible items.
