Brazil Booth Review – 2022 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

    Making its return this year is the Brazil Global Marketplace and we made our way out to EPCOT recently to give it a try! Brazil is located between the France Pavilion and the Morocco Pavilion. Here’s our Brazil booth review from the 2022 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival.

    Feijoada (NEW 2022) – $6.25

    Black Beans with crispy pork belly, Brazil nut pesto, and Ben’s Original Long Grain White Rice

    Rating: 4 out of 5.

    A solid new entry, the Feijoada is a wonderful portion size for the money and contains a wonderfully cooked (and crispy) pork belly. Plenty of rice and black beans act as the base and a delicious Brazil nut pesto tops off the dish. There is a buffet of flavors in this dish that works really well and we hope that this becomes a Festival staple.

    Pão de Queijo – $4.75

    Brazilian cheese bread (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly) (Emile’s Fromage Montage)

    Rating: 4 out of 5.

    Complimenting the complex Feijoada is a deliciously simple Pão de Queijo. The Brazilian cheese bread is soft and warm with the cheese baked right in. The Pão de Queijo at Skippers Canteen reigns supreme, but this is a good sub $5 option while walking around World Showcase.

    Brazil is a staple of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival and rightly so. A new dish that hits it out of the park is followed by a wonderful sub $5 dish that makes us suggest ordering both anytime you pass by this booth.
