As you might expect, Disney Parks have a booth at Star Wars Celebration Orlando. It’s nicely themed with elements that appear to be from the former Watto’s Grotto area that has since been demolished. Let’s take a look around.
Featuring 12 different checkout terminals, the lines haven’t reached the levels of other large merch areas.
In addition to a regular merchandise line, there is also a build-your-own lightsaber station. It features crossguards with brand new colors, now available in Disney Parks.
On the rear of the booth is the pickup window for the popular Star Wars name tags.
They’ve even brought over the Jedi Training Academy to ready young padawans for Dark Side foes such as Storm Troopers and even Darth Vader himself.
It’s a nice space with some brand new merchandise that Disney showed off in a panel yesterday. Look for a video and photos covering that panel later today. We were happy to see that our Annual Pass discount of 20% carried over to most merchandise items at the booth.
