We visited Disney Springs this morning for a few photo updates at what appears to be the last bit of construction before the renovation of Downtown Disney is “complete”. We saw some theming elements at The NBA Experience earlier and now we have a look at the nearly-complete Jaleo by Jose Andres.
First, let’s take a look at the exterior concept art to see what the finished product should look like.
Taking a look at the construction from the second floor of nearby Splitsville, the first thing we notice is the difference in roof color. The concept art has a relatively “loud” yellow/gold, whereas the current roof color is much more bronze.
Not only are the large letters that wrap around the building spelling out Jaleo installed, but so too is the main signage above the entrance.
Here’s a look at the signage from the ground.
A wider look from the ground.
Of course, we can’t see inside, but we have a couple of pieces of concept art that show off the interior space.
As for food, we have a couple of photos that show off a meat board and a unique display.
