UPDATE (3/12): Disney has officially released the full menu online.
We’re excited to bring you a first look at the new Toledo Tapas, Steak & Seafood menu coming to Gran Destino Tower this July. The restaurant is billed as a Spanish haven inspired by surrealist art and the 1930s avant-garde. Here’s a look at the concept art released for the space.

The restaurant will sit at the top of the all-new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Gran Destino Tower will open July 2019. Here’s a look at the concept art released for the resort. For a more in-depth look at the resort and more concept art, check out our post where we check out the preview center with scale model on display and watch the concept flyover video released.

“Manhattan Filet – $36”
Using the Filet as a basic quality thermometer? Sounds lower end :(. Given the Concept Art? Was hoping for CA Grill or Citrico’s pricing.
$35 for SPINACH! Is (Large Plate) supposed to make people feel better about the outrageous price? The rest looks pretty decent and not completely out of line by Disney standards. Looking forward to trying.
$30 for 4 scallops??? Surely the rest of them are hiding somewhere. I’ll have to wait till it opens and see review videos but its sounding like a hard pass as of right now.
