Disney says the 2026 MICHELIN plaques have arrived for Victoria & Albert’s, Cítricos and Toledo. The company is celebrating the chefs and teams behind all three restaurants. Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa holds the only MICHELIN Star at Walt Disney World. Cítricos is also at the Grand Floridian, and Toledo is at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

Disney is treating the plaque delivery as a thank-you to the people behind the food. In Disney’s words, “we’re celebrating the chefs and teams at Victoria & Albert’s, Cítricos and Toledo whose passion, creativity and dedication help make these world-class dining experiences possible.” As we previously reported, the guide arrived on May 28th. The 2026 edition covered the entire state of Florida for the first time.

Why Victoria & Albert’s Keeps Its MICHELIN Star

Victoria & Albert’s retained its one MICHELIN Star in the 2026 guide, which makes three years in a row. The restaurant earned its first MICHELIN Star in April 2024, the first for a Walt Disney World-operated restaurant. It kept the star in 2025 as well.

The statewide expansion added a much larger field of restaurants, which made the repeat harder. Capa at the Four Seasons lost its star in the same guide, which leaves Victoria & Albert’s as the only starred restaurant at Walt Disney World. Victoria & Albert’s has also held the AAA Five Diamond Award since 2000 and the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award since 2018. No other restaurant in Florida holds both.

MICHELIN’s inspectors start with the experience. They say a reservation here is by no means easy to get. The reward, they write, is “a kind of magic rarely seen these days.” They describe the pacing as a leisurely, three-hour waltz with veteran servers leading the way.

The inspectors also single out the kitchen, which they say “cooks with a classic foundation and global inspiration.” Its influences range from Asia to the Nordics. In their words, “From tuna with caviar and lychee to king salmon with mole verde or Parisian gnocchi with fontina and date, each plate is elegant and enticing.” They name a venison dish with a juniper and porcini crust and a creamy sunchoke puree as another winning plate. The ornate coffee and tea service and a serious wine program impress too.

Disney’s own announcement of the first star in 2024 credited the whole team. Chef de Cuisine Matthew Sowers said, “Everybody on our team earned this Star, from our stewards to our culinarians to our pastry chefs, and we hope to inspire future generations of culinary professionals to follow their dreams.”

Cítricos and Toledo Share the Spotlight

Cítricos shares the Grand Floridian with Victoria & Albert’s. That puts two of the three honored teams under the same resort roof. Toledo, the tapas, steak and seafood restaurant in the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, rounds out the group. The Victoria & Albert’s plaque shows its one MICHELIN Star. Cítricos and Toledo each earned a MICHELIN Selected Restaurants rating.
