While enjoying a stroll around Epcot this evening, we came upon the first visible elements of Innoventions West demolition. As you can see in our photos below, the former Fountain View Starbucks location has been gutted and torn open. It looks to be the first steps in the grander plan of demolishing Innoventions West completely as part of the Epcot overhaul project. Here’s a look around the construction site as of this evening.
It even looks like crews have begun to set their sights on the former Club Cool location.
Finally, some construction walls have popped up on the west side of the building (facing The Land pavilion) that will likely act as the demolition boundry as work moves past the former Character Spot meet and greet.
