Ample Hills Creamery, an ice cream shop that is slated to open at Disney Springs, has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
According to The Real Deal, Ample Hills said that the filing is “a strategic decision that allows us to course correct and continue doing what we love most: creating a delicious product from scratch, in our beloved Brooklyn home”. The company hasn’t announced any plans to permanently close any of its locations.
