During this unprecedented situation and in line with government measures, the construction for Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel was temporarily put on hold which is impacting our timeline for the hotel’s originally scheduled opening (15 June 2020). While we do not have a new opening date to announce right now, we hope to be able to share more information, once we can resume our construction work, and assess when we will be ready to open the hotel. I have a future holiday at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel between 15 June and 31 October 2020. What does that mean for my holiday?

We are offering two options. You can choose to receive:
• A refund for the amount you have paid for your holiday, or
• A voucher for the same amount valid for 18 months. If you choose the voucher, you can use it to book a future holiday at Disneyland Paris (subject to the then applicable conditions), or to rebook a similar holiday to your original booking at the same price and under the same conditions Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel once the date of opening is known *.

The holiday you have booked with us at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is confirmed. We shall contact you by email if the situation evolves.

In the current exceptional context, you also have the option of modifying or cancelling your current reservation without charges (with the exception of transport related charges as per our conditions of sale).
• If you bought your holiday directly with Disneyland Paris, please call the telephone number indicated on your confirmation email. Call volumes are extremely high due to the unprecedented circumstances. We kindly ask that you delay your call if your arrival is not in the immediate future. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
