Permit Filed for Disney Springs Starbucks Remodel

According to a permit filed with the state, the Disney Springs West Side Starbucks will be undergoing a “remodel”. What, exactly, will be done during this remodel remains to be seen.

The permit expires one year from today and lists “tenant remodel” as the work listed to be done. The address on the permit lists the West Side Starbucks near the Aerophile balloon as the Starbucks in question. The Marketplace Starbucks near World of Disney is not listed in the permit. Elfrink Custom Construction is listed as the contractor for the work. They are a general building contractor and their website indicates that they’ve done work on the Marketplace Starbucks in the past.

There is nothing listed in the permit that might suggest the West Side Starbucks will close during this period.
