After a very slow start to pre-sales, the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary specialty license plate has reached the required 3,000 pre-sale voucher minimum required to go into production. We documented how slow pre-sales were back in February and said that if Disney wanted to reach their pre-sale goal, they’d have to release a concept of the plate.
Well, Disney did release a concept image back in late-March and the pre-sale requirements have now been met with latest data from the state indicating that over 3,500 pre-sale vouchers have now been sold.
