All 50th Anniversary Decorations Removed from Cinderella Castle

Nearly two full months after the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary ended, the final pieces of 50th Anniversary decorations have been removed from Cinderella Castle. Work will continue over the coming weeks as crews touchup paint around the iconic structure before the moat is refilled. As a reminder, Disney World will keep the “Rose Pink” paint scheme that the Castle had before the 50th Anniversary.

We stopped by Magic Kingdom today and captured a few photos of the decor-less Castle! Here’s a look.

As you can see in the photo below, some tan lines will have to be addressed via repainting before the project is considered complete. The tan lines are most noticeable in the lower blue spires.
