In Photoshop, it’s a rather simple procedure – outline the object you wish to delete and simply hit the delete button. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, there was a bit more work involved, but Primeval Whirl has been deleted from existence…extinct, if you will. The DinoLand USA wild mouse roller coaster has been completely demolished, and a recent aerial photo from bioreconstruct shows the removal better than our previous on-the-ground photos could.

Even though fans had some high hopes for this month’s Destination D23 event at Walt Disney World, Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro decided to provide updates on the status of churros, but not what might replace Primeval Whirl. As of right now, a blue picket fence looks to be the extent of the theming we can expect for now.
