The Walt Disney World website has been updated to reflect a midnight closing for EPCOT on December 31, 2021 after showing a 10pm closing earlier today. At this point its unclear if there was a simple error or accident that led to a 10pm closing, or if Disney responded to social media backlash over the time change. Likely the former.
EPCOT is well known as the Disney World theme park to experience New Year’s Eve on. At this time, Disney has not announced any intentions to throw a New Year’s Eve party at EPCOT, but the extended park hours could signal that there is something in the works.
