Guests hoping to meet with Anna and Elsa will have to queue up as Disney attempts to add more structure to their meet and greet experiences. While none of the character interactions are back to the experience they used to be pre-COVID, Disney has modified some of the “meet and greet” encounters to allow for more individualized time with characters.
As you can see in our photos below, there is a traditional queue for the Anna and Elsa Sighting in the Norway Pavilion at EPCOT. This queue is managed like any other queue at the theme parks and will get cut off if too many guests show up for one “meet and greet” window.
Meeting times for Anna and Elsa are not advertised and Cast Members we spoke with still called it a “pop up” despite the formal introduction of the queue. The “meet and greet” takes place outside of the Royal Sommerhaus – Anna and Elsa’s typical meet and greet space.
