While strolling World Showcase this morning, we noticed even more topiaries have been installed ahead of tomorrow’s start of the 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. In France, guests can find characters from The Beauty and the Beast including Beast, Belle, Cogsworth, and Lumiere! Here’s a look at the character topiaries.
