EPCOT is blooming, and as the park continues to prepare for Spring, new topiaries have been installed ahead of the March 1st start of the 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. We’re taking a look at the Norway topiaries, which feature a refreshed look for Anna & Elsa. The troll-pirary also returns for 2023 with the refreshed 2022 look.

Anna & Elsa have a refreshed look this year, complete with more “realistic” dresses featuring shades of blue. First, here’s a look back at the 2022 version.

And here’s a look at their new dresses for 2023!

Here’s a closer look at each of the Frozen sisters, who can be found to the right of the main entrance to the pavilion.

And here’s a look at the troll, which can be found over near the Royal Sommerhus meet and greet area.
