While we still don’t know when the Cool Wash replacement will open in World Discovery at EPCOT, work continues on finishing the space up and some new theming as been installed. First, here’s a look at the sign, which Disney has installed and removed multiple times over the past few months. Obviously, the new name for the former Cool Wash location will be Refreshment Station.
Some of the wraps have been removed from columns on either side of the sign. The repaving looks to have been completed recently.
We also spotted some newly installed lights at the location. The entire kiosk carries through the red color scheme for World Discovery.
A graphic on the back wall remains unchanged and likely foreshadows what types of refreshments guests will be able to find when the location eventually reopens.
