How (many decades) long did it take to build this single restaurant? I can only assume they had to borrow the two guys that are building the Moana stuff at Epcot. I’m completely convinced that there’s no more than a handful of workers building/fixing/maintaining everything in WDW. And that’s why it takes so long for WDW to accomplish anything.
