Following the announcement of event dates and a price range for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Disney World has updated its website and it looks like there are plans to scale back the holiday overlays on Magic Kingdom attractions. As of publish time, here’s a list of attractions that will be available for the Very Merry Christmas Party:

- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Liberty Square

- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
- “it’s a small world”
- Peter Pan’s Flight
- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
- Mad Tea Party
- Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Storybook Circus
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- The Barnstormer
Tomorrowland
- Astro Orbiter
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
- Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor
- Space Mountain – with a holiday twist
- Tomorrowland Speedway
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
- TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise – virtual queue access only
Very Merry fans will note that there are a number of holiday overlays missing from the published list. In 2022, Disney has the following attraction overlays for the holiday season:
- Jingle Cruise
- Mad Tea Party with Holiday Theming
- Tomorrowland Speedway Race Through the Holidays
- Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor Holiday Show
- Space Mountain – Holiday Run
According to the information published by Disney World, there will be three holiday overlays cut from the 2023 season: Mad Tea Party, Tomorrowland Speedway, and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor.
