According to permits filed with the state, Four Seasons Orlando is planning to build 9 multi-family villas and a 31-unit mid-rise condo next to the hotel they already operate at Walt Disney World. Permits reveal that Four Seasons is seeking to build “new residential units” which are labeled as villas in the construction plans.

As outlined in the permit below, there will be 9 multi-family villa buildings divided into three clusters, a “mid-rise residential building” and what appears to be a parking garage. The new construction will replace a pond northeast of the resort. Here’s a rough outline of where the multi-family villas and parking garage will be built.

Here’s a look at a permit filed with the county, showing the proposed multi-family villas on the northwest side of the site, and the mid-rise condo building on the southeast corner of the site. Amenities such as a pool, spa, and interactive water feature are also planned.

Here’s a look at the multi-family elevation plans. There will be three two-unit villas and one three-unit villa.

Here’s a look at the elevation plans for the mid-rise condos, which will contain 31 units. The maximum height allowed in the permit is 160′ (10 stories).

The county approved the plans in May 2023 after a first filing date in December 2022. An opening timeframe for the new construction has not been announced.
