Later this year, Summer House on the Lake will open in the West Side of Disney Springs. Located across the walkway from AMC and next to Jaleo, Summer House on the Lake will take the place of the formerly announced Beatrix project in the same space. Lettuce Entertain You changed the concept from Beatrix to Summer House on the Lake in June 2022.

Summer House on the Lake will feature a California-inspired menu with simple, sustainable ingredients. With flagship locations in Chicago, Illinois, and North Bethesda, Maryland, the Summer House brand is known for its breezy, beach house environment. The full-service restaurant will also include an in-house bakery, as well as an extensive wine and handcrafted cocktail list. 

While visiting Disney Springs recently, we wanted to check in on the project and found some of the first bits of exterior theming have been applied. Here’s a look around!

The sprawling footprint will take up a considerable amount of space next to Jaleo. Here’s a look in either direction while standing in front of Salt & Straw.
