According to the Disney World calendar, Magic Kingdom will be closing quite early on January 29, 2024. The park will be closed at 4:30pm that day for the Cast Member service celebration where Disney closes the park early to allow for a Cast Member party celebrating decade-plus milestones for employees.
The other Disney World theme parks will have normal operating hours on January 29th, and will likely be extra busy given the early closure at Magic Kingdom. As a result of the early closure, Happily Ever After will obviously not be performed that evening for guests. Other entertainment offerings before the 4:30pm closure such as the Festival of Fantasy Parade will still be performed as normal.
