After a few months of construction, a new Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center has opened at Disney Springs. Located in the Town Center area, near Frontera Cocina and the standard Disney Springs Welcome Center, the “Gateway to Discovery” venue replaces the former Alex & Ani location. The DVC Welcome Center opened this morning at 10am.
We stopped by Disney Springs recently to take a look at the new “Gateway to Discovery” Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center. We’ll start with a look at the exterior, which blends well with the existing architecture, and features a mural with the DVC slogan “Stay Magical Year After Year”.
Stepping inside, there are multiple displays showcasing everything that Disney Vacation Club has to offer. The displays showcase cruises to Adventure by Disney, National Geographic offerings to traditional theme park hotels. There are also two scale models on display – one of Disney’s Riviera Resort, and one of a room at the Disneyland Hotel. Here’s a tour!
The globe in the center of the room spins slowly to showcase everything that DVC has to offer. Here’s a closer look!

There’s even a Magic Door that allows guests to preview select Disney Vacation Club offerings in a more immersive display.

The Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Center is open during Disney Springs’ regular posted hours.
