Guests needing to speak with Guest Relations Cast Members before entering Disney’s Animal Kingdom should be advised that the typical location is closed right now, and Guest Relations has been relocated.
While visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom earlier today, we noticed that the Guest Relations location to the left of the tappoints is closed right now, and signage is covered.
Instead, guests will find the Guest Relations Cast Members are now available in the ticketing booths to the far left of the entrance. You’ll find Guest Relations located in the ticketing booths under the dragon head.
The in-park Guest Relations area has not changed, and it’s not clear how long Guest Relations will be utilizing the ticketing booths.
