Disneyland has announced that the Hungry Bear Restaurant in Disneyland will be renamed to the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. They have not announced a reopening date yet, but Disneyland says that the restaurant will draw inspiration from the Country Bears! Here’s the announcement:

The Country Bears are taking over Hungry Bear Restaurant at Disneyland with a new name: Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree!
Get ready to sample regional barbecue dishes the Country Bears discovered while on tour, all while foot-stompin’ and finger-snappin’ to the Country Bears greatest hits! More details about this transformation – including an opening date – coming soon.
Fans of the Country Bears will know that Disneyland used to have a Country Bear show but it was eventually replaced. Walt Disney World just updated the Country Bear Jamboree to the Country Bear Musical Jamboree in Magic Kingdom, including an all-new setlist featuring Disney songs. There have been no additional changes announced for Walt Disney World at this time.
In fact, eagle-eyed guests will see a Hungry Bear Restaurant napkin on display in the lobby for the Magic Kingdom attraction. As you can see below, the napkin was used when brainstorming early ideas for the current setlist!
