GUIDE: Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2024 (Attractions, Dates, Prices, Entertainment, and More)

    Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will return to Magic Kingdom this holiday season starting November 8th. To help you prepare for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, we wanted to put together this guide containing information for the 2024 version of the event, including what’s new and different from last year’s event.

    What is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party?

    Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is the premiere holiday event at Walt Disney World, taking place at Magic Kingdom on select nights starting November 8th. The event promises outstanding entertainment, specialty character meet & greets, holiday overlays for select attractions, and more!

    Dates & Prices

    Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place over 25 nights starting November 8th and ending December 20th. Here are the announced dates for 2024:

    • November – 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27 and 29
    • December – 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19 and 20

    Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a 5-hour event, taking place from 7pm to midnight on every event date. Guests with a ticket to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00pm on the valid date of their ticket. Guests with a day-ticket will, of course, be able to enter earlier, but will need to find a check-in location to obtain a wristband before the party starts.

    Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party—valid only for the following event nights:

    • November – 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 22
    • December – 1, 3, and 5

    This advance purchase window is available to Guests of:

    • Disney Resorts Collection hotels
    • Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
    • Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
    • Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
    • Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort

    Entertainment

    As Disney World’s premiere holiday event, you’d expect to find some wonderful entertainment. One thing to note is that the entertainment during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is not necessarily exclusive to the party, and typically is offered during daily operations during Christmas Week. That said, the entertainment is exclusive to the event before December 21st.

    Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade

    Showtimes: 8:30pm and 11pm

    Wave to some beloved pals as they float by in this yuletide parade.

    Delight in an entertaining display chock-full of good cheer. Snap memorable photos of dancing gingerbread men, marching toy soldiers and beloved Disney Characters as they float by, waving hello. There’s even a special appearance by Santa Claus—riding in to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

    Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade starts in Frontierland, and travels past Cinderella Castle before turning down Main Street USA.

    Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show

    Showtime: 10pm

    Get in the Christmas spirit as your host—Minnie Mouse—invites you to take in a sparkling, yuletide fireworks display. Watch as the sky becomes illuminated with festive colors to the tune of some of your favorite carols like Deck the Halls and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

    Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration

    Showtimes: 7:40pm, 9:25pm, 10:35pm and 11:55pm

    Head over to Cinderella Castle for a yuletide stage show, starring Mickey Mouse.

    Feel the magic of the holidays come to life during a jubilant stage show that fills the air with music, laughter, shimmering snowflakes—and a whole lot of Disney Characters, too!

    Gather around Cinderella Castle as live performers dance and sing a medley of delightful holiday songs.

    Frozen Holiday Surprise

    Showtime: 8:15pm

    Join Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies as Cinderella Castle turns into a frozen wonderland.

    Club Tinsel

    Bust a move during a mega fun dance party at Rockettower Plaza Stage. This is your chance to dance the night away with holiday friends all night long in Tomorrowland!

    Disney Junior Jingle Jam

    Young partygoers can get their groove on with Disney Junior Characters! At Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, the Disney Junior Jingle Jam gives youngsters the chance to dance with Characters from popular Disney Junior shows Fancy Nancy, Vampirina, Doc McStuffins and The Lion Guard.

    Character Meet & Greets

    Snap a pic with Disney pals who are out celebrating the season. As you explore Magic Kingdom park, be on the lookout for Disney Characters decked out in their holiday best.

    Santa’s Christmas Carnival (NEW)
    Visit Storybook Circus as it is transformed into a must-visit holiday destination filled with joyful Christmas cheer, friends from the North Pole—and, of course, Santa Claus.

    Seasonal Sweets, Treats, and Bites

    Sweet treats are available at designated locations around the park—at no additional charge.

    Additionally, you can stop by select Quick-Service dining locations throughout the party for dinner at an additional cost. Available locations include:

    Enjoy iconic experiences—including some featuring a holiday twist—around Magic Kingdom park!

    Decked Out Attractions
    Check out holiday-themed makeovers of fan-favorite attractions.

    • Hold on tight as Space Mountain launches you on a journey through the cosmos with high-energy holiday tunes and festive interior lighting.
    • Cruise a festive freeway filled with thousands of lights, stylized décor and a fun, futuristic holiday soundtrack as you get behind the wheel on the “Tomorrowland Speedway Race Through the Holidays.
    • Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland becomes a wild and wacky Christmas party––where you can spin your teacup to one of 4 holiday combos of lights and music.
    • Get ready to laugh on a Jingle Cruise packed with holiday-themed puns. Jingle Cruise can be enjoyed during the party or all day long at Magic Kingdom park.
    • Visit Monstropolis as the crew of Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor puts some “ha ha ha” in their “ho ho ho” with a seasonal show.

    1. Your prices are to high. I love Disneyland and one of the 1st whan it opened. At 74 now, last there 10 years ago.Disney wanted a place families could enjoy and have fun. It was that when I use to go. Now it is nothing but a money making machine for the wealthy.
      I probably won’t be able to go now.. and from what I’m reading it seems unsafe…

      • While prices are certainly high, there is nothing “unsafe” about Walt Disney World. Not sure where you’re reading that, but that’s not true
