Disney Signature Experiences has released a first look inside the first wave of model homes in its Cotino Storyliving by Disney community located in California’s scenic Coachella Valley.

Cotino Model Homes from Shea Homes

The first three model homes to be revealed are from Shea Homes, with models from Woodbridge Pacific Group and Davidson Communities expected at a later date. Our previous update on the community showed the model homes in a nearly completed construction phase, but now the model homes are finished, and Disney has provided a first look inside!

The Moderne Home Design

From the Cottage Collection, the Moderne Home Design is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom + 2 1/2 bathroom design spanning 2,821 sqft with a two-car garage. The primary suite is located on the first floor, with a second bedroom and flex space upstairs. Shea Homes in the Cottage Collection are expected to start in the upper $1 millions.

The Melodia Home Design

From the Grand Collection is the Melodia Home Design. A more spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layout nearly reaches 3,000 sqft. The single-floor layout places the primary suite at the back of the house, the great room and dining room with a covered outdoor living space in the middle of the floorplan, and the other two bedrooms at the front of the house next to the 2-car garage. Shea homes in the Grand Collection are expected to start in the low $2 millions.

The Atelier II Home Design

Going back to the Cottage Collection, we have a look at The Atelier II Home Design. This is the smallest of the current lineup of model homes, clocking in at 2,275 sqft. This one-level plan is essentially a smaller version of the Melodia with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
