The Walt Disney Company has announced that Dana Walden, Co-Chairman, Disney Entertainment will speak at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference. This is a role that has been filled by Disney CEO Bob Iger, former CEO Bob Chapek, and former CFO Christine McCarthy in recent years. It’s an interesting role for Walden, who is said to be on a short list to take over as Disney CEO.

Disney has previously said that it will name a new CEO in early 2026, so Walden’s participation in the Morgan Stanley Conference is worth keeping an eye on.
