Disney Vacation Club (DVC) has increased the price per point, as previously rumored. Each of the five actively selling resorts saw a price increase of $6 to $10 per point. Here’s a look at the changes:
Resort | Old Price Per Point | Current Price (Feb. 2025) |
---|---|---|
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort | $225 | $235 |
Disney’s Riviera Resort | $225 | $235 |
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort | $225 | $235 |
Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas | $225 | $235 |
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel | $239 | $245 |
As a reminder, Disney Vacation Club is Disney’s timeshare program, allowing you to purchase “points” to later use for Disney vacations. For example, if you’d like to purchase 150 points at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, your cost would be $235 per point x 150 points = $35,250. Then, you’d have 150 points to use on a vacation every year. A night at the Polynesian may cost anywhere from 12 points per night up to 226 points per night this year, depending on when you visit and what type of room you’re looking for. The contracts are typically valid for 50 years after the property was built.
