According to Walt Disney World, opening night of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is now sold out. Opening night is November 7th this year, and tickets are now unavailable for purchase. This sellout comes about a week later than the first sellout of 2024, continuing a trend of a slower sellout cadence that we first noticed with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. Here’s a look at the current ticket availability, dates, and pricing for the Christmas season event at Magic Kingdom.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2025 Prices & Dates
November 7th is the first date to sell out for the 2025 holiday season. 24 dates remain available for purchase, including 14 dates that are eligible for an Annual Passholder discount of $10 per ticket.

With higher ticket prices this year, we expect that we’ll continue to see a slower cadence of sales. Combine the higher ticket prices with nothing new announced for this year’s event, and you can see how guests start to balk a bit. At least, that’s our theory.
Another theory that we’ve seen play out a bit at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is that Disney could be playing around a bit with capacity. Essentially, a slower sellout can be attributed to a higher event capacity versus years prior. Just like the first theory, this is speculation based on observation, and not purported inside info.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed event that celebrates the most wonderful time of the year at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This year, you’ll enjoy festive entertainment, overlays on classic rides, a storybook holiday atmosphere, and sweet treats.
