Disney Cruise Line has shared details about its summer 2026 entertainment lineup, and there is plenty to look forward to across the fleet. From new deck parties and an updated pirate night to a full day of Frozen-themed fun designed specifically for Alaska sailings, the cruise line is leaning into live entertainment in a big way this season. Here is a breakdown of everything coming to Disney Cruise Line this summer.

New DCL Entertainment Lineup: Frozen Alaska Experiences, New Deck Parties, and More

In This Article

  • Disney Cruise Line has announced its summer 2026 entertainment lineup, featuring new and refreshed experiences across the fleet
  • Alaska sailings aboard the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic will feature a full day of Frozen-themed programming, including a live sing-along with Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff
  • Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party expands to additional ships this spring, including a May debut on the Disney Magic
  • Mickey & Minnie’s Pirates in the Caribbean debuts on select sailings as an updated take on the classic pirate night experience
  • The Broadway Stars Series returns on select Alaska sailings, curated by Disney Destiny Godmother Susan Egan

Alaska Sailings Get a Full Day of Frozen Fun

Alaska is already one of the most visually stunning cruise destinations in the world, and Disney Cruise Line is pairing that backdrop with a full day of Frozen-inspired programming on select sailings aboard the Disney Wonder and Disney Magic this summer.

The centerpiece of the day is For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, a live show performed on the upper deck featuring Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff. Royal Historians guide guests through the sisters’ journey as on-screen lyrics invite everyone to sing along. Set against Alaska’s scenery, it is poised to be a scenic experience that leans into everything fans love about the film.

Beyond the main stage show, the Frozen day on Alaska sailings includes several additional experiences:

  • Anna’s Frozen Fun Hunt, a scavenger hunt-style activity for families
  • Oaken’s Maypole Swirl & Twirl, an atrium dance party featuring music and movement for all ages
  • A Frozen-themed dining experience featuring traditional Nordic fare alongside dishes inspired by the film

Together, these offerings make Alaska sailings a particularly compelling option for Frozen fans this summer.

Broadway Stars Series

Broadway Stars Series Returns for Alaska Sailings

The Broadway Stars Series is back on select Disney Wonder and Disney Magic Alaska sailings. Curated by Susan Egan, the Godmother of the Disney Destiny, and Adam J. Levy of 10th & Main Productions, the series brings Broadway and West End performers aboard to deliver live performances and share behind-the-scenes stories from the world of theater. Talent varies by sailing.

Deck Parties Expand Across the Fleet

Let’s Set Sail
The signature sailaway deck show, Let’s Set Sail, continues rolling out across the fleet in 2026. Hosted by Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, the celebration kicks off each voyage with live music, Disney characters, and plenty of energy to set the tone for the trip ahead.

Mickey's Color Spin Dance Party

Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party
Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party, which debuted on the Disney Wonder in March, expands to the Disney Magic in May on select sailings. The party takes place against a spinning virtual color wheel and features upbeat remixes of classic Disney songs, with Mickey Mouse and friends leading the fun.

Pirate Night Gets an Update

Mickey and Minnie Mouse as Pirates

Later this year, select sailings will debut Mickey & Minnie’s Pirates in the Caribbean, a refreshed take on the pirate night tradition. The experience features live music, Disney character appearances in pirate attire, and interactive moments throughout the evening. Alongside the main event, select pirate-themed activities are also being updated, including a newly revised Match Your Matey that now welcomes friends and groups beyond couples.

The experience arrives first on the Disney Wonder this spring and will debut on the Disney Magic following the Alaska season.

OUR TAKE: We’re most looking forward to the Frozen updates on the Alaska sailings. For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration seems to pull directly from the Disney’s Hollywood Studios stage show of the same name. An upper deck show set against the backdrop of Alaska’s awe‑inspiring scenery is a very compelling reason for us to book an Alaska cruise. We’re not sure we’ll be able to make it out this Summer, but I’m sure it will be a picturesque experience during an already unique cruise.
