Disney’s Hollywood Studios is bringing back its Disney Jollywood Nights holiday party for another season, and the 2026 run stretches further than before. The separately ticketed event pairs old Hollywood glamour with festive entertainment, specialty food, and shorter ride waits. Disney has confirmed dates, ticket windows, shows, and a long roster of characters. Here’s what to expect when the garlands go up on Sunset Boulevard.

Disney Jollywood Nights 2026 Dates, Tickets, and Lineup

IN THIS ARTICLE:

  • Jollywood Nights runs November 7 through January 5, extending into January for the first time.
  • Tickets open July 9 for select resort guests and July 16 for the general public.
  • “Glisten!” returns alongside “Disney Holidays in Hollywood” and the Nightmare Before Christmas sing-along.
  • More than a dozen characters appear, from Stitch as Santa to The Mandalorian and Grogu.
  • Nine attractions stay open, including Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets and Rise of the Resistance.

The Dates Now Reach Into January

Disney has set Jollywood Nights for select nights from November 7 through January 5. For the first time, the event extends past the new year, a notable change from prior seasons that wrapped before the new year arrived.

November dates fall on select Saturdays and Mondays. December events run on select Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays, and January adds select Sundays and Tuesdays. The full schedule covers:

  • November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, and 28
  • December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, and 23
  • January 3 and 5

Each night, the gates open early for Jollywood guests. You can enter as early as 5:30 pm before the event formally begins at 7:30 pm, giving you up to five hours to take it all in. The party runs until 12:30 am.

How and When to Buy Tickets

Jollywood Nights is a limited-capacity event, and Disney advises buying well ahead of your travel dates. Ticket prices vary by date, so the night you pick affects what you pay.

Two purchase windows apply. Select resort guests get first access on July 9, covering those staying at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, and Shades of Green. General sale follows on July 16 for everyone else.

Event tickets are $169 to $199 per ticket, plus tax (prices vary by event date). Plus, save $10 per ticket for children ages 3 to 9.

Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can find discounts on all event nights. You can purchase online or call Disney Central at 407-934-7639.

The Shows Headlining the Season

“Disney Holidays in Hollywood” returns to the Theater of the Stars, with Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy hosting a holiday gathering. Appearances come from Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Belle, and Tiana, with the whole show styled after classic Hollywood holiday TV specials.

Over at the Hyperion Theater, “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along” brings Jack Skellington and falling “snowflakes” to the stage. You can sing along to “What’s This?” and “Sally’s Song” while Halloween Town and Christmas Town collide.

“Glisten!” returns in 2026 as well, the skating show staged in front of the Chinese Theater. Skaters perform across a synthetic rink set to holiday tunes and original Jollywood songs, framed by projections and Art Deco styling.

Holiday Atmosphere Across the Park

The Twilight Soirรฉe at the Tip Top Club takes over the courtyard of the Hollywood Tower Hotel with a 1930s swing celebration and live holiday music. It’s one of the more glamorous corners of the night.

Pixar Disco lights up Pixar Plaza with a dance party hosted by Edna Mode, Frozone, Joy, and Mike Wazowski. For an adult-oriented option, Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby pairs live music with a refined holiday menu. Space is limited there, and Disney recommends advance reservations, with more details to come.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Lights the Sky

The nighttime spectacular returns to the Chinese Theater with fireworks, lasers, projections, and holiday music. Wayne and Lanny from Prep & Landing lead the story as they set out to rescue Santa.

Scenes include Beauty and the Beast, Mickey’s Christmas Carol, and Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.

The Characters You’ll Meet

Disney has shared a long list of characters for 2026, and this is just the beginning. Highlights include Stitch dressed as Santa, Chewbacca celebrating Life Day, and The Mandalorian and Grogu.

The full roster also lists Phineas and Ferb, Max Goof as Powerline, Chip ‘n’ Dale: Rescue Rangers, Baloo and King Louie, Lotso, Partysaurus Rex, Bing Bong, Duffy, Scrooge McDuck, Donald and Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto, and Mickey and Minnie. Disney says more appearances and locations are still to come.

Rides Open During the Event

Nine attractions stay open during Jollywood Nights, and Disney promises lower wait times as part of the draw. The lineup leans heavily on the park’s headliners.

Open rides include Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Star Tours, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers, and Toy Story Mania!. Disney notes the lineup is subject to change, and admission does not guarantee access to any attraction.
