Disney Cruise Line will take its reservation system offline for planned maintenance starting at 4:00am (EDT) on Thursday, July 9th, running through 4:00am (EDT) on Friday, July 10th. Guests won’t be able to make or access a reservation online or through the Contact Center during that 24-hour window. Online Check-in, Cruise Activity, and Port Adventure bookings will also be unavailable.

The outage affects several distinct pieces of the booking process. Guests won’t be able to:
- Make a new cruise reservation online or by phone
- Access or view an existing reservation online or through the Contact Center
- Complete Online Check-in
- Book Cruise Activities
- Book Port Adventures
Guests with a deposit or final payment due during the maintenance window get some extra breathing room. Disney is extending the payment deadline for anyone affected to Saturday, July 11th, at 10:00pm (EDT). That gives guests more than a day past the system’s return to settle up.
Disney has also given a reason for the outage. The company says the maintenance covers internal upgrades to the reservations technology supporting its operation. Guests shouldn’t expect much to look different once it’s done: “there will be minimal noticeable changes on the front end of the booking platform.”
Disney ended its notice with a line aimed at guests who are in the middle of their planning: “We look forward to assisting you with your cruise vacation planning once our systems return on Friday, July 10, 2026.”
The reservation system is expected back online at 4:00am (EDT) on Friday, July 10th.
