Walt Disney World has teased a new Annual Passholder exclusive magnet. A new graphic has appeared within the Passholder Buzz section of the My Disney Experience app. It shows a swampy pond scene filled with lily pads, water lilies, cattails, and mushrooms. Disney has not confirmed which character will appear on the magnet, but a clue from social media points us toward a familiar frog.

The Magnet Tease
This tease appears as a card titled “It’s the Passholders Show!” inside the Passholder Buzz section of the app. Its text plays coy, telling Passholders that the upcoming “magnet Character is used to being in the spotlight.” That same message promises additional exclusives to come, including a Disney PhotoPass experience and a limited-time treat.
A second, more decorative graphic reads “New Passholder Magnet Coming Soon.” It’s set over the same pond artwork, rendered in a rainbow-washed, storybook style. Disney has not named the character, and it has not confirmed a pickup location or date. This tease builds anticipation rather than delivering details.
The Kermit Connection
Disney’s Instagram caption promoting this same tease references “Rainbow Connection” lyrics. That’s the signature song most associated with Kermit the Frog, and it strongly shapes our speculation. The rainbow-washed color treatment across the app graphic reinforces that connection, since it echoes the song’s imagery.
Timing supports this guess as well. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 26th. Disney has since rolled out a wave of Muppets merchandise tied to the attraction. That collection includes apparel, pins, and a sticker set featuring Kermit alongside Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, and other Muppets. A Kermit-themed Passholder magnet would fit neatly into that broader merchandising push.
Of course, we can’t fully rule out a different character, since Disney has not confirmed anything beyond the tease itself. Between the Rainbow Connection reference and the recent Muppets momentum at Hollywood Studios, though, we’d be surprised if this magnet doesn’t tie back to Kermit in some form.
Disney has not announced a pickup location or availability window for this new magnet. Recent Passholder magnets have rotated between Creations Shop at EPCOT and Discovery Trading Company at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
