Love it or hate it, the Hollywood Studios Sorcerer’s Hat is going to be removed in early 2015, with internal memos pointing to January. The Sorcerer’s Hat was officially opened on September 28, 2001 as part of the 100 Years of Magic celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. No word on what, if anything, will replace it.
