The first two hotels to open at Flamingo Crossings will be the SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites. Both will open this Friday, February 12th.
Both hotels feature around 250 rooms and amenities that are meant to entice sports teams. Each hotel will have a 1700 sqft. fitness center, swimming pools, sports fields, and even batting cages.
Prices range from around $140 to $190 per night.
Shuttles to the Ticket & Transportation Center will be offered three times in the morning and three times in the evening for $5 per person, round trip.
Flamingo Crossings is a 450 acre plot of land located at the end of Western Way, about 5-10 minutes away from Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Originally announced in 2007, Flamingo Crossings is planned to include 4,000 – 5,000 low to mid-rise, value-priced lodging units and 300,000 – 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
