We made it out to Disney Springs recently and took a look at the recent progress on Jaleo. Taking over the space formerly occupied by Wolfgang Puck, Jaleo will bring the spirit and flavors of Spain to Disney Springs thanks to Chef José Andrés.
It appears that the C-shaped skeleton of Wolfgang Puck will be used for the mostly new construction.

Disney has stated that Jaleo will open in 2018.
