The Edison is now accepting reservations via OpenTable from January 15th. Times start at 11:30am and run through 10pm. At 10pm, the restaurant will turn into a 21+ entertainment venue. No word on how reservations will be handled for guests wishing to attend after 10pm.

The Edison will have some walk-up availability before January 15th as part of a soft opening phase. Look for soft openings to happen very, very soon.
