One of the most exciting near-term changes coming to Epcot is the Regal Eagle Smokehouse. Hosted by Sam Eagle of The Muppets, the Smokehouse is sure to be a hit if recent barbecue festival offerings are any indication.

We decided to stop by Epcot this morning and check out the latest progress. What we found was that Disney has pushed out the construction boundaries to allow for the installation of the feature smoker as seen in the concept art below.
