Nothing can quite provide the scale of a project like aerial photography. While it has almost become commonplace to see aerial photos of Disney’s Hollywood Studios over the years, it’s still a treat to see photos of Magic Kingdom.
Tron Lightcycle Run will take guests into The Grid on a unique, high speed launch roller coaster ride. Disney is essentially copy and pasting the same ride that can be found in Shanghai Disneyland. You can read our review of the ride and see a bunch of photos (HERE). One of the unique elements that will be easily visible in the photos below is the outdoor launch that will be under a yet-to-be-installed canopy. Here’s what it looks like in Shanghai Disneyland.
Recently, friend of the site @bioreconstruct took to the skies over Magic Kingdom (and all of Walt Disney World) to capture construction progress photos from the air. Magic Kingdom airspace is restricted below 3000′ which makes any photos tough to capture, but @bioreconstruct did a wonderful job of capturing photos of the Tron Lightcycle Run construction site in Tomorrowland. Here’s a latest look at the Tron Lightcycle Run construction at Magic Kingdom.
Once again, our thanks to @bioreconstruct for sharing the photos!
